Police: Former Navy SEAL Lied About Being Shot In Ohio By Three Black Men
I'm reading the comments at TPM and it seems this guy is a RWNJ with a typical winger facebook page. A lot of fellow wingers were praising his alleged heroism in fending off those phantom scary black men.

Police in Ohio said they have "overwhelming evidence" that former Navy SEAL Chris Heben lied when he said he was shot by three black men in an altercation at a shopping center, according to television station WEWS.
The television station reported on Wednesday that Bath Township Police Chief Mike McNeely said: "We have overwhelming evidence based upon video, cell phone records and interviews that the shooting did not occur in the West Market Plaza and that Mr. Heben made false allegations to us."
Heben has been charged with misdemeanor counts of falsification and obstructing official business, according to WEWS, and is expected to be served a summons on Thursday.
Heben apparently told authorities the incident took place on March 28, according to WEWS. He reportedly said he was almost hit by a car in a parking lot in Akron, Ohio and then shouted at by its three black occupants. Heben reportedly claimed the men shouted obscenities at him until he walked into a grocery store at the mall. The station reported that he told authorities when he realized he'd forgotten his wallet, he walked outside, which is when the car almost ran him over and the men shot him in the stomach.
I wonder how many black men were roughed up by the cops because they 'fit the description'.....
