This is Dank. He was given 1 hour at the kill shelter in our area to find a rescue or he would be put down simply because he had mange AND is a bully breed. Not only was his life in danger but so was his brother and sister that were found abandoned with him. Our rescue, People Helping Paws, could simply not let these puppies die due to their breed and their condition. We pulled all 3 pups, treated them for demodectic mange, ear infections, eye infections and a secondary skin infection. After their full recovery all 3 pups were adopted to wonderful loving homes....and yes we adopted Dank. Our family and Dank both knew from the very beginning he had found his forever home. He is now the poster dog for People Helping Paws to show everyone what a second chance looks like.
