Former Chicago Bears head coach Mike Ditka has built his post-football career on making remarkably inane comments. He continued that tradition Monday when the Monday Night Countdown crew went around the horn discussing their takeaways from the Baltimore Ravens' decision to release running back Ray Rice today.
"His earning power is destroyed. That's an important thing. This was a young man with tremendous earning power."

(3,724 posts)Those female commentators on CNN were so distressed about the future of these two poor dear boys. Hard to fathom, really. And by the way, Ray Rice gets to keep the $25 million he's already received from the Ravens, so I'm not too concerned about his financial future.
