Because until he does I refuse to watch any NBC News programs including MSNBC.
I mean I barely watch these shoes as it is. But the more I read about this Syria comment that Chuck Todd made the more irritated I get. I swear it's almost like Chuck Todd went to the Sarah Palin School of 'Gotcha Moments' where you learn how to make a Gotcha moment out of something that makes absolutely no sense to anyone but yourself.
He needs to make a serious apology on the next MTP or perhaps NBC needs to find a better replacement for the show.

I don't know what the 'toader' is hiding behind that goatee - but it is hideous. Why does he insist on keeping it? Why hasn't NBC made him shave it off and present a clean cut appearance.
Now before you criticize me - I have facial hair - actually a full beard. I have it out of necessity as it fills out my chin which if I didn't have it - it would accentuate my nose. That's what I'm hiding. I would cut it off in a minute if I didn't have to fill out my chin. I'm also not in the public eye like the 'toader'.
As for the 'toader' - he looks like he would be very clean cut without the goatee and I think it would enhance his appearance and maybe even make him more appealing to his audience. I would sooner like to see him with a full beard versus that goatee. Even Lawrence O'Donnell looked good with his full beard when he came back to TV after his accident. If L O'D came back with a goatee instead - I probably would have made the same comments that I have about the 'toader'.

(14,063 posts)From an MTP transcript:
Part one of my interview there. Some of you may have noted that I said the president hadn't mentioned the word "Syria" at all in one of my questions. He had mentioned it, but he hadn't said whether he was taking military action there. Let me get a little bit of reaction here. Joe, Nia, Andrea, and Mike Leiter are here. Mike, let me start with you, former head of the counterterrorism center. Is that a president that now is getting briefing from your successor now, and that believes those briefings?

(39,215 posts)President Obama talking about Syria. And ignore chuckles all together.
As to apologizing - he is too much of a dick to admit he is ever wrong. It is why I have never liked him.

His tactics were no different than those of Fox News. Someone who has an agenda and is that committed to it would never apologize when it blows up in their face.
He'll simply move on the the next attempt.
