(14,933 posts)5. Well, in fairness, I think the "no bail" comment simply means nobody can just
walk in and post bond. It has to be set by a judge, or not, first.

So, the only way he can be bailed out is if his lawyer files with the court and asks for the court/judge to reverse the 'no bond schedule' stipulation.
That's what they were saying on the news earlier this evening.
p.s. Just heard on CNN that Florida has a 'no bond schedule' for 2nd degree murder charges.

Seminole has been known to change things around, wanted to make sure that information stayed -- no matter what they do (I have experience with this system, my son used to have "driving" issues, lol)
