(7,627 posts)79 to 18. So now they get to debate it for a few days before casting the actual vote.
The fact that many repubs voted for it is seen as a delaying tactic by some. While they are debating no other senate business can go forward and they can drag it until they finally vote no. Lets hope that is not the case and they really meant it.
