Not sure what the point is there. The Meh candidate got 60% of the vote but he would have really really won if he was someone else?

2. Cuomo's not your typical "corporate Dem"...

he's a particularly unctuous version of it who has managed to threaten and/or bribe large numbers of Democrats into supporting him. Over 30 million bucks that you probably don't need in a campaign treasure chest buys a lot of support.

I'm pretty active in Democratic circles around here, and haven't found anyone actively supporting him. The best you get is a little nose-holding. This guy is a proven empty suit.

Anyway, this "win" should kill off a fair amount of fair-weather support. A similar lame showing in the general (or, a loss!) should kill off more maybe all, support of a Presidential dream.
