NY Times Writer: Fox News a ‘Welfare System’ for ‘Unemployable Jackasses’

http://www.mediaite.com/online/ny-times-writer-fox-news-a-welfare-system-for-unemployable-jackasses/

It is safe to say that Jesse Wegman, a member of the New York Times editorial board, does not have his DVR set to record all his favorite Fox News programs.

Wegman lashed out at the cable news channel on Monday over a comment by Fox & Friends host Brian Kilmeade regarding former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice....

“The message is, take the stairs,” Kilmeade joked....

“Fox is welfare system for otherwise unemployable jackasses,” he wrote on Twitter, linking to a writeup of Kilmeade’s remarks:

She described the Romney campaign as an outplacement firm for Republican hacks who knew their gravy train ended with the teabaggers. Romney had a billion dollars to spend and they saw it as their 401k.

Her consultants fleeced her out of millions by telling her to make saturation media buys well before Labor Day, which any sensible person knows is when people besides us political junkies start paying attention to a November election.

They are PATHETIC with a capital P. The people they cater too, are uneducated and bigoted. I have to say I really hate them. Their very existence has DONE NOTHING to improve this country in any way shape or form, and if someone pulled their electricity plug tomorrow, and refused to give them that juice.. It would be a service to this Nation.
