On rachel maddow. They are covering the president address and no sign of the "political director ".

He tends to hang out more at NBC, with Brian Williams. Chuckie is more NBC News as opposed to MSNBC.

To me, it was the usual Election Night/SOTU/Special Event crew with Rachel.
