Just a question about ISIS ...

I have heard and read a bit lately about how much money ISIS has and other groups as well. How hard, practical, wise would it be to search out their money and lock it up? What would it take? Is it feasible? I defer to wiser individuals.

1. my understanding is they took alot of it raiding the Iraq centeral bank

so I am assuming a lot of it is cash.

3. Step 1: We would have to destroy oil wells, small scale

refineries in Syria and Iraq as much of ISIS's money comes from black market oil and gasoline sales.

Step 2: we would have to destroy the Hawala financial system which is impossible. Hell most Americans have never even heard of Hawala. But it is a HUGE source of funding for terror groups from sympathizers around the world.

Step 3: We would have to find and seize the large gold deposits that have been seized from ISIS from Mosul, Raqqa, and Hasakah.
