It's called, BULLSHIT.
However, it's packaged and delivered in an intelligent manner with so many words for which Bush's speech writers would give their best golf swings.
Now let's be clear
by calling it "BULLSHIT", this doesn't mean our president is a bullshitter. It means that he delivers a more believable bullshit message
"STILL
WE
. CONTINUE
.. TO
.. FACE
A
TERRORIST
THREAT
."
And, thus, begins a new hope that I no longer believe in.

(15,429 posts)At least 100 members of the Islamic State terrorist organization are American citizens. That is a direct terrorist threat to the United States
The threat will only grow if ISIL gains more power.
Now, the appropriate approach to that threat is precisely what the president outlined tonight. Strikes to take out capabilities in the field right now. Monitoring by US intelligence agencies. OF course he didn't go into specifics, but the intelligence gathered by those agencies will be shared with domestic law enforcement so the potential domestic threat will be properly monitored and treated as the law enforcement issue it is.
It's safe to assume that "at least 100 members" of any organization of any kind "are American citizens." That shouldn't make anyone cower under their bed soiling themselves.
Since the Arab monarchies are financing them, let them deal with it. Why must the US be the "on call" Army for these reprehensible autocrats and theocrats?
