Gas cylinders are nasty even when they're not filled with flammable gases.

They've been known to go through cement hospital walls when they've fallen and had the valves knocked off.

ETA: looks like he did in another edit. It's in Russia, good guess.

Makes me nervous because I have oxygen cylinders in my home now. One almost as big as what I used to have when I had a cutting torch setup. Its about 6 inch in diameter and three feet tall.
I will be getting these removed the next visit from the supplier. I might keep a few of the smaller ones but the heck with keeping all the bigger ones. The Concentrator is pretty much all I use anyway and I don't use it very much as I don't see as it helps me all that much, enough to be tethered to it anyway.

unless you want to spend money on a smaller concentrator.

A short distance from my house they bring in loads of BBQ grill tanks for re-filling and transport to locations by truck.....its scary to think how many would be airborne.

He was running from the left side of the truck all the way across the highway. He knew that all hell was about to break loose.

My understanding is that there is so much car insurance fraud in Russia, a lot of drivers have installed cameras.

and from them they were able to deduce that the explosion was from a meteor rather than a gas or some other explosive, a terrorist even.

At the price that cameras are getting down to I'm tempted to buy one just for shits and grins, just in case in my travels if something was to happen I'd have video of it

I hope the truck driver was able to get away safely!

Two years ago one town over from ours a residential propane supply company caught fire.

Tanks were exploding like bombs as crews attempted to battle the blaze. Luckily only one firefighter sustained injury.

Several of the larger tanks were found as far away as 200 yards from the site of the fire.

Closed the entire town an several neighborhoods down for nearly a full day.

and not being stupid, jumped over the Jersey barriers onto the other side of the highway. He did appear to be limping a little.

Airgas had a plant blow up here about a year ago. That guy running around holding his ears in that video, was lucky he wasn't ripped up by the fragments of those acetylene bottles that were cooking off.
