(7,661 posts)number is right but there are 1,369,532 active duty members in the military, so how would one figure out what the percentage would be?
38*365/1369532 all times 100. It is just over 1 percent.
for the reply. That was how I tried to figure out the numbers but I was not sure if that was correct way to go about it.

(4,035 posts)Rape in the military is a feature, not a bug. The brass wants it to continue. They refuse any measure to actually deal with the problem, because that would take it out of their hands. Ergo, they want to decide, and since they decide that it is the rape victims who are punished, and the rapists are left free, that emans that is how they want it. A feature, not a bug.
