At its height, police say, the melee involved 20 people. Blogger Amanda Coyne explains the details as she received them, not all of which have been confirmed: ....

Another blogger reported that Todd Palin "apparently puffed up his chest and made some threatening remarks. (The 'C' word may have been uttered at one point)." He added that Bristol Palin had slugged the owner of the house where the party was hosted, and identified that owner as "2010 Iron Dog winner Chris Olds." The Iron Dog bills itself as "The World's Longest Toughest Snowmobile Race."

Wonkette's Rebecca Schoenkopf confirmed with the Anchorage Police Department "that a huge bloody mess of a brawl between multiple subjects took place Saturday night, and that the Palins were 'present.'" But police added that since no charges were pressed by any of the parties, the participants' names haven't been released... yet. ....

Now I get that professional politicians are people and shouldn't necessarily be put on any kind of pedestal, or in any way considered to be BETTER than the vast majority of people they are chosen to Represent. But since they're JUST people like any other, it sometimes follows that they are actually WORSE than the majority. Sarah and her kin seem to fall in the latter category, and not enough of her "supporters" get that about her. Anything that offers proof of theory in this case, is a GOOD thing I think, despite the fact that I believe she's useless as a Public Figure, and otherwise not worth lending media time to or discussing for any reason.

On Saturday, September 6, 2014 just before midnight Anchorage police responded to a report of a verbal and physical altercation taking place between multiple subjects outside of a residence located on the 900 block of Harbor Circle . A preliminary investigation by police revealed that a party had been taking place at a nearby residence and a fight had broken out between multiple subjects outside of the residence. None of the involved parties wanted to press charges at the time of the incident and no arrests were made. Alcohol was believed to have been a factor in the incident. Some of the Palin family members were in attendance at the party.

This case is still pending, therefore, I’m unable to provide any further details or information in the police reports at this time.
