Question about ISIS - Part One -

Remember when the people in California were being foreclosed left and right, while the state and county governments had to lay off workers? (Some 36 or 37 other states of the union were in similar distress, sothis is not just about where I live.)

And so, end of summer, 2010, the governor of Calif. asked for a piddley 20 Billion dollar loan (Since we have 37 million people living in the state, it was not that big a figure.)

No, said the man whom Obama works for, (one Tim Geithner), no, you really cannot have that
loan, as it would contribute negatively to the budget situation. (And I call Geithner that, "the man whom Obama works for" as he has expresed that sentiment openly while meeting with foreign ministers at various foreign summits where their countries' economic situation is discussed. The WH has never denied that that is the case.)

Within the next thirteen months of that loan denial, some 55 billions of dollars of weaponry was outright GIVEN to Israel and members of UAE states.

And it is suspected that those UAE states have offered much of that weaponry to ISIS leaders! Now it has been pointed out to me that the USA apparently had no other choice, as other wsie we would have had to bring the weaponry home. Interesting way to think about it all - just give our weaponry to foreign governments that might or might not turn the weapons over to radical elements that will then use the weaponry to create a situation in which the USA has to again fight some more wars! (In former times, this sloppiness of weaponry might actually be called treason, but such thinking is so passe, these days.)

Did this happen because our "leaders" are stoopid, or by design?!?

In all honesty I'm so puzzled by our elected Democrats any more and as for the republicans? No one can be that stupid. It's just not possible.

Since it's the crux of your conspiracy theory, you ought to provide documentation from a CREDIBLE source.

Note: per your last hidden post, obviously Cynthia McKinney and the Moonie Times do not count.

But it is not hard to substantiate that the practice of offering up billions of dollars of weaponry to UAE states and Israel is continuing. Here is an easy to find citation on google, regarding more recent transfers of US' weaponry, to UAE states and Israel, from the NY Times:

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/19/world/middleeast/us-selling-arms-to-israel-saudi-arabia-and-emirates.html?_r=0

Hopefully tomorrow I can source the statement of the 55 billons of dollars of weaponry being offered to UAE AND ISRAEL.
BTW the Moonie times excerpt had to do with the report of the 68-page paper by the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) -- so I have to wonder why the citation was that objectionable. The 68 pages happened, in real time, and was commented on by The Washington Times, back on Sept 10th 2001. The SAMS report exists. And the link to the report happens to be "Moonie" but that particular week, I imagine other news sources had discussions regarding that report up as well. But those discussions have been scrubbed in terms of internet useage. That "scrubbing' does not mean that the scurbs occurred necessarily as part of a "conspiracy" but jsut hwo a news org handles its internet bandwidth.(Over time, it is hard to know whose account of what will remain.)

It seems to me that if some aspect of the Moonie folks and their comments was that objectionable, you could say that you objected. That is why this is a discussion board.

I personally find all news sources just about equally odious. Our news papers and other media report only what the PTB want us to know about. We as a nation were dragged into a war with Iraq in part due to the "award winning" New York Times and how its reporter Judith Miller, was leaked reports by the WH about aspects of the situation, whose only sourcing was what people at the WH wanted us to believe. And Judith Miller basically said, "These words I write are fact." And then the WH, through Andy Card, said, "Well, these facts are facts told to us by the NY Times." Circular thinking if there ever was.
