Eric Thompson, who attended the party and spoke on camera with ABC news, confirmed the incident. Politicalgates reported the following:

Eric Thompson was having fun with friends and his wife at a party in South Anchorage on Saturday night. Thompson, who is 56 years old, was the designated driver for the evening, so he wasn’t drinking. But that was okay with him. He was among friends. It was a birthday party for twins Matt and Marc McKenna, who own McKenna Bros Paving, for whom he works as a project supervisor. Marc is an Iron Dog snow machine racer.

'"Most of the party was outside. A live band was playing. People were dancing. Thompson noticed two girls wearing sunglasses walking with an unusual amount of confidence around the yard. He only noticed them because of the sunglasses. That was odd, because it was at night. His wife told him it was Bristol and Willow Palin. “Does she think she’s Marilyn Monroe?” he said to his wife about Bristol.

"multiple accounts say that it started when Track confronted Willow’s former boyfriend, Conner Cleary, who was there with his father Steve and his mother Melissa. Thompson didn’t see this part, but other witnesses, who didn’t want to be named, say that Conner and Track fought on the front yard. Steve tried to break it up. Todd jumped into the mix and began to choke Steve.

"Another melee. This time Sarah got involved and began to scream profanities at everyone. One source, who didn’t want to be named, said that she was “nearly crawling on top of people,” trying to get into the scrum. As these things go, that also broke up, and the Palins were asked again to leave. They piled into the Hummer, but not until Track stood out in front of the house, inexplicably with his shirt off, his middle finger raised at those who were also leaving. Then the cops came, and took statements from about 10 people, including Thompson. It’s unclear who called them. Thompson thought it was the Palins."

The sad part happens when we learn that poor Eric Thompson who came to the party as a designated driver loses his job for talking to the press:

"After Thompson’s interviews, senior producer for "Entertainment Tonight" Elizabeth Applegate tweeted that Thompson told her he had been fired from his job because of the interview with ABC News.

"Thompson had retained legal counsel on Friday. Attorney Kevin Fitzgerald said he “can’t confirm or deny” that Thompson was fired from his position at McKenna Bros. Paving.

"The owners of McKenna Bros. Paving could not be reached for comment Friday afternoon."

Which could explain why he hasn't pressed charges. If most of the other party-goers are also employees, that might be a reason no video has surfaced yet.

In addition...Bristol, Willow and Todd are all sporting black eyes.
After being kicked out of the birthday party, Track continued on to another bar to pick up where he left off and promptly got his ass kicked again. He's now got four cracked ribs.

Damn but it hurts when you sober up in the morning and limp to the bathroom mirror to take a look!

9. You know, at first, I thought Palin was getting undeserved bad press.

You know, at first, I thought Palin was getting undeserved bad press. The comments about her seeing Russia from her house were from Tina Fey and I thought a lot of the grief she got was misogynist in nature. Luckily, she was never allowed near the VP chair. The things that really bothered me about her was her fake 'folksy' speech and her nails on chalkboard voice.

Fast forward, I never thought about her except to think she seriously needed attention, no matter how she got it. Then I saw that video of her speaking at, I believe, Colorado and she was straight up drunk/drugged, I could forgive her for being stupid but she was clearly off or too much on her meds and that's when I realized how close we came to her being the VP and the tie breaking vote in the Senate and how catastrophic that would have been and on top of that, in contrast, it made W look like a genius.

She needs to divorce her husband, marry Zimmerman and the both of them go away, to prison if possible.

Alaska should heave a collective sigh of relief at her leaving office early.

I wonder how many people have signed up for her channel, and really, who would want to do that, especially after her Colorado debacle? I'd rather discuss single motherhood and Murphy Brown with Dan Quayle than anything with her screeching voice.
