Something Ann Coulter maybe got correct, although she was early.

During the Bush years Ann Coulter said she wished the government could have brought back the "Alien And Sedition Act," this was a law enacted during the Presidency of John Adams, Adams used it to silence many of his critics, (including a minister!) and close down newspapers that had been critical of his policies and of him.

Maybe Ann Coulter was right on this only not for critics of Bush since most of the criticisms of him were true, but rather the current bunch constantly making up stuff about Obama.

I mean, if that law was still in effect, WND, Faux "news," a number of phony "Christian ministers" and such would have to show actual evidence in court of their accusations, and as we've seen, they can't.

BTW, one of Thomas Jefferson's first acts was to pardon all those convicted under that act and forbid it's enforcement, the congress repealed it shortly after.

Perhaps Ann and you should reread the constitution to see how completely wrong you both are.
