Another shooting death by police. This one in Utah.

Details are very sketchy. Some reports say the young man was waving a sword. Some say it was strapped to his back his back and he was just walking slowly with ear buds, listening to music. End result is a young black man dead. Keep in mind this is a state where you can have an AR-15 strapped to your back in the shopping mall legally.
