Before they were ever engaged, Chelsea Main and Jesse McNew committed themselves to the idea of a Big Lebowski wedding.
It helped that neither of them were much in the way of religious. Also, they had watched the Coen brothers cult classic on the night of their first date, after an evening of drinks in downtown Lincoln and a failed attempt at spotting Lady Gaga.

Bride Chelsea Main and groom Jesse McNew, a dead ringer in Dude-centric attire, drink White Russians and salute the crowd at their Big Lebowski-themed wedding last weekend at Chops Bowling in Omaha.

One of my all-time favorite movies.
(I hope my favorite is obvious.)
Wonderfully written article, by the way. Full of Lebowski allusions that all but Donny would be sure to pick up on.
(If, Heaven forbid, they ever divorce, I guess it'll be a 7-10 split.)
