nothing like the prospect of war to bring the parties together

In an interview with "Meet the Press" moderator Chuck Todd, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) says President Obama is now moving in the right direction in combating ISIS and that the president should be supported following his address to the nation Wednesday night. But Ryan continued, "we should not micromanage our military."
