A stray black and white tabby cat made the worst mistake of his life when he entered the personal space of Ernesto Bailey, a 31-year-old man living in the Bronx section of New York City. Bailey claimed “self-defense” as the reason for brutally beating the feline.

When the cat jumped on him he responded with throwing the creature into a wall. He repeatedly rolled over the cat’s body with a shopping cart then lifted the cart in the air and smashed it on the injured body. In the end he doused the cat with lighter fluid and set his broken body on fire.

As you can imagine, some concerned folks want justice for the cruelly tortured and murdered cat. A fellow Care2 member, Sue Michelson, started a petition to make sure that this man gets a harsh enough punishment so that he will never be able to do anything like this again.

No Remorse

Bailey’s one regret was that he did this outside his apartment building with people watching. What he must not have known at the time, was surveillance video recorded his horrific act. “I shouldn’t have lit the cat on fire right in front of the building,” Bailey told police. “This is so stupid of me.”

If you can hurt and/or kill a defenseless animal just for the hell of it, you are a serious danger to society. Particularly domesticated, companion animals like cats and dogs. Sick Fuck.

Hes a waste of skin. Some humans are just not safe enough to be trusted around other living things. Put him away or kill that psychopath.He will never grow a conscience.
