I normally do not do that for safety's sake. I encourage you to say something about what is at that link. Many DUers do not visit links to sites they know nothing about.

You could also go to YouTube and imbed the video at that link directly in your post, so DUers could view Charlie Chaplin's speech without visiting an unknown website.

Alternatively, you could say something about what the site at that link is about and why it's worth visiting.
