Penn state has done a miraculous turn around. It takes hard work and meaningful change. Will they do it though?

LOL--yeah one guy died and the other is in prison for life.

Oh---and they still have a trial coming for administrators who turned their heads and let it happen.

Because one guy, Reggie Bush, took gifts 10 years ago and the admins should have known according to the NCAA, but no proof was offered that they knew.

But the Penn State program has had a miraculous turnaround and has had sanctions lifted! Even though the program knew kids were being raped again and again.

It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Enrollment did not suffer and the stands are full. I don't hear any complaints at all. Penn State is back after a short bump.
