Harry, when Repubs fear debate, it's your job as SML to make them debate.

End the silent filibuster.

When you ended it with seating judges, judges got seated.

You will be a more effective SML if you end the silent filibuster and bring back the talking filibuster.

Make them debate for the sake of our democracy.
