which implies that people are actually there to do these transactions of weapons, but we are too limited to know who ISIL is selling oil to and how the oil is arriving to said customers.

What was all of this stuff about "it's necessary to spy to protect Americans" but we can't figure out key details like how large amounts of oil are arriving clandestinely to unknown parties and what currency they are using to purchase it?

I've heard bad explanations before, but this is worse than "the dog ate my homework".

SHOULD be blamed. That includes ANYONE, and I mean ANYONE up to and including Obama should be blamed.

If you wake up in the morning and decide it's a great idea to put rat poisoning in your own coffee then drink it, who should be blamed? Mr. Coffee? Juan Valdez? D-Con?

“Obama is our commander in chief,” said Representative C. A. (Dutch) Ruppersberger of Maryland, the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. “You don’t weaken the commander in chief when we’re in a serious crisis.”

Could somebody please tell me what "serious crisis" we're in?
