Clackmannanshire - No 53.8%, yes on 46.2%

Only 0.9% of the electorate, but I love saying "Clackmannanshire".

2 have reported in (meaning 2 low population density areas) and it's 29,040 "no" and 21,233 "yes." They were expecting heavy turnout and got "staggering" turnout.

We'll have to see what the tally is about 6 hours from now, when the cities have been counted.
