If we surround ourselves with Generals and military men, chances are we will think like a general or a military man.

If we surround ourselves with financiers from Wall Street, chances are we will think like a Wall Street investment banker.

If we surround ourselves with populist democrats, chances are we will think like a populist democrat.

I wish our leaders would keep that in mind the next time they choose their Cabinet?
