I nominate Jennifer Granholm for Attorney General

Jennifer Granholm

Former Governor of Michigan

Jennifer Mulhern Granholm is a Canadian-born American politician, educator, author, and political commentator who served as Attorney General and 47th governor of the U.S. state of Michigan. Wikipedia

She is by far qualified, and this will energize the female base. She has also worked hard for the democratic party.

That's my pic!

5. They hate Holder, so that's a positive factor. They might not want to drag this on so much

because they'll be stuck with him for as long as it takes.

office.

27. I had the chance to meet her MoonRiver!

She was in Mass campaigning for Rep. Edward Markey for Senate. She was stopping in his campaign headquarters. She was so animated.

I think she likes it right where she is, in Teddy's old seat. She is a force to be reckoned with and can focus on what she does best, fighting for the middle class.

Nice talking with you MoonRiver, have a great day.

9. A Clean Energy Proposal - A Race to the Top - Jennifer Granholm speaks

Kicking off the TED2013 conference, Jennifer Granholm asks a very American question with worldwide implications: How do we make more jobs? Her big idea: Invest in new alternative energy sources. And her big challenge: Can it be done with or without our broken Congress?

13. Jennnifer signed the medical marihana act when it passed in Michigan.

The states trying to do it now, are having a very hard time with their governors. just look at Florida, the legislature, and the FORMER Fla supreme judges trashing the current supremes ruling of the ballot amendment. Unprecedented!

Jennifer follows the law...especially when more than 60% of the citizens vote for it.

Holder did not do this!

Another good potential, also female, is Christine Gregoire. She had a very successful Governorship in WA State.

A former Mayor mentioned her on Facebook and I agree with him on that choice as well.

empty spots on Wall Street, Pentagon/MIC, and politicians of very stripe guilty of "Quid Pro Quo" corruption. It would be FUN!!!!!

Susan N. Herman. President of the ACLU.

A lawyer who has spent her entire life fighting for civil rights. Who better to lead the Justice Department in the times we face these days?

And, frankly she was a better AG than Guv. Would love to see her appointed, she would be awesome.
