The terrorists of 4chan

It wasn't enough for 4chan to trick people into thinking IOS7 waterproofed their iphones but now they are terrorizing iPhone 6 owners by tricking them into microwaving their new phones.

They should be charged with a crime - one count for every iPhone that has been destroyed thanks to their hoaxes.

my brother tried to convince me that the case was waterproof and that I needed to test it in a bucket of water to make sure I didn't get a defective one.

I think I believed in for about a minute.

That kitchen appliance from hell has been nothing but trouble from the start. First it was how you can make hard boiled eggs in 30 seconds. That worked out so well it was decided that you could use it to dry off pets, oh and don't watch the cat cook.
And now they are bragging that you can microwave charge an Iphone. Heck if you got a big enough oven you can even quick charge a car battery. Sooner or later somebody is going to figure out how to bypass the door interlock and start going on about what a wonderful hair dryer the things make. Snarl and tangle free no less.

Just in case

It looks like a 5 or maybe a 4.

Second, if anyone really thinks a software upgrade allows anything containing metal to be put in a microwave, that's their own damn fault.
