Apology to cali and jury for accidental alert

I totally screwed up and accidentally sent an alert on a post of cali's realizing at the last minute that I meant to alert a post either before or after it. I sent an apology to cali directly by PM but also want it known to whoever the jurors were (and must have thought the alerter was crazy) that it was me and a total dumbass error of not paying enough attention to which post I hit the alert button on.

* Dons hair shirt in act of penance.

Usually in cases like this we ask the person to go outside, get a large bug and eat it. BlueJazz Sep 2014 #1

I actually did have the fire department come one time when my faulty toaster refused to pop up the toast. Someone saw the smoke billowing out of my kitchen window that I'd opened to air it out and called it in thinking my apartment was burning down. Who knew one single piece of bread could smoke so much?

I can usually boil water successfully though, but not always. Had to throw out more than one pot because of cooking the handle off after the water boiled away.

Thanks, BlueJazz

since my boobs decided to trek to the South.

Besides, I'm used to being covered in hair... I have a great hairy Akita. I've even been saving his undercoat he sheds out every spring to have made into yarn so it can be knitted into a lovely sweater as a remembrance of him when he's finally gone. I wish I thought to do this with my other two, but I do have a couple of their hair and toenail clippings as well as a couple of their baby teeth. It's nice to have a wee part of them other than their ashes.

After the jury has voted, control should return to the person who alerted in the first place. That way, comments by the jurors might give the alerter a different perspective.

So if people make the same dumbass error I did it can be canceled by the alerter so as to not assemble a jury in the first place.

I'm hoping I'm not the only one to have made such a dumbass mistake.

But yeah, I think there should be some method in place for an alerter to reconsider.

So then I'm right about being wrong.
