Compare him to Hitler even more then, and say that since it's his fault and he is effectively killing everyone... then they will try him with war crimes against humanity

Democratic turnout on election day, someone disagreeing with a white guy, traffic, dandelions, skinny jeans, bread mold, minor changes to tax law, government regulations, fire codes, price of popcorn at the cineplex, the price of catalytic converters, speed traps, global warming, politeness....
