No mention in recently updated local coverage of people walking out. Besides, I walk out of symphony concerts that I adore the second the last note is played. Why? Otherwise it takes 30 minutes just to get out of the front door.

Nice try. Obama is wildly popular in Upper Marlboro:

Support for Obama still runs high in Democratic-leaning Maryland — and especially here in Prince George's County, Brown's home base. Roughly 65 percent of the county's population is African American, and roughly 9 in 10 voters here backed Obama in 2008.

Am further south than Upper Marlboro, but sure doubted the OP!

AND has been a pretty chilly day here, in southern MD, lots of wind.

Fortunately the article includes this:

'Obama's help, or lack thereof, may not matter much to Brown, who is 11 points ahead of Republican opponent Larry Hogan, according to an average of polls by RealClearPolitics.'

Regardless of whom is in office, people rarely walk out on the holder of the highest office.

It's simply so unlikely as to be worthy of ridicule.

you should endeavor to be accurate yourself.

I have no doubt that the story in Reuters is slanted and irresponsible journalism.

But Reuters isn't owned by the Moonies. That's UPI.

You might want to edit your post in that regard.

No mention in the article about how GW was shunned by his whole party. Think they'll have him speak at their convention in 2016? Even if Jeb is the nominee? Obama is always mobbed by happy people wherever he goes. Articles like this are jsut another example of the adage, tell a lie often enough . . .

This one just happened to be there when Obama was there. If
there were any pics of the heckler I'm sure this would be fairly
easy to prove.

That was your main mistake when posting this news story. You've got to wait until a Republican is president before you post an article like this. Not only will it then be accepted as the 100% truth, but those who walked out will be hailed as heroes.
