I know the news looks bad, but the GOP does NOT have the Senate locked up. Elections are based on who votes, not on how the population polls, necessarily. The best thing we can do is get ourselves and our like-minded friends to vote. Offer to drive people to the polls! Get involved with your local Democratic GOTV! Talk to your family and friends about how crucial this election is.

2) Reading communications from my chosen political party ... what utter CRAP they have been sending out ... so inspiring!
I gave up watching national news in 2000, so I don't have to include that shit ...
Being demoralized by the ridiculous antics of humanity seems ... counter productive ... always sadness somewhere

I live in Oregon, where we vote by mail (or we can drop it in boxes provided in libraries and other places). I received my ballot last week, and dropped it off at my library on Saturday.

That is what demoralizes me
