So, which races are the nail biters in 2014?

I know Kentucky senatorial race and Georgia's senatorial race. There's one in Alaska (governor?). Which other ones are razor thin close and could go either way? I want to save this thread for election night.

Thanks,
LTH

3. NC Senate - Hagan holds it - she took it from Libbeh Dole last time

non-stop ads - tons of money coming into the state - all attack ads, all the time. Nasty! Koch and NRA money flooding in!

5. Thank you.

Now all I have to do is find a live feed for that night (no tv service), and settle in. And sign on to DU, of course.

9. All of them?

anyone who doesn't think all the Senate races won't be decided by a few points either way is being naive.

11. California's 7th Congressional District, just north of you - Ose vs. Bera

Obscene amounts of money are being spent in a very, very close race. Karl Rove's American Crossroads, the Koch brother's Americans for Prosperity, and the NRCC are spending money like drunken sailors.

16. No, not really

Redistricting neutralized the area to purple in 2012, just ask Dan Lungren.

18. Serious money

Fortunately the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has stepped up and countered every slam against Bera very effectively by throwing the mud right back at Ose, and some of it is sticking.

I don't know what I'm going to do if Yertle gets his ass handed to him. That would be just too good.

And it never is. A bit shy to believe rhetoric
