Having a wife who works also gives men a clue about real life.

Did Mitt ever have to grocery shop? Or rush home to pick up the kids after school? Or have to stay at home to take care of sick kids because Mom has used up all her leave?

Having a working Mom means Dad has to do more too.

Mrs. Romney does have a disease that limits her physically. A working wife has nothing to do with it whether a husband helps out or not. I have known men, who after working all day, went home and did all the housework, cooking and childcare because the wife was disabled and couldn't do all those things even though she was home all day. Then there are the slags who let the wife do it all even though she has worked all day, too.

Just because, there are no kids in my house and my husband is dead, doesn't mean I don't have any chores to do. Of course Ann and Mitt have hired help, but he was doing the laundry when they were on the road in that picture their son released. She wasn't doing it alone.

Showing Mitt just being a regular guy?

I really want to know if you fell for that PR spin, that Mitt does the laundry regularly.....

You know, there are even pics of Barack and Michelle serving food to homeless people but that doesn't mean they DO that regularly... its a PR move and call me cynical but I'm going to bet 12 Cayman Island bank accounts that Mitt does not do laundry on any kind of regular basis. Ever.

You are reading too much into what I said. I just said he was helping with the laundry in that picture when they were campaigning. Maybe it was only once. How would anyone know? I don't think Mitt is a regular guy, however, sometimes even the uber riche have to do a few things for themselves.

maids and nurses etc. to do anything she needs done. I don't think Romney knows how to do much of anything.
