If you watch that movie you will see that the panic over the disease (more justified, granted, because that virus was far more easily spread than ebola) only exacerbated the situation. Just sayin'.

Truth would lose by a wide margin. I'm pretty sure truth wouldn't get up and out of the house, before Lies had circled the globe.

I'm not sure about the finish between Lies and Fear. But I am pretty sure that Lies and Fear would work as a team to get maximum distance ahead of Truth. And I have a feeling Lies would claim victory, even if it came in second.
