We should know by now which races are rigged. Do we?

By now we should already have a firm accounting of voters who have been denied the right to vote due to Jim Crow 2, and have a good statistical grasp of what districts their exclusion will be decisive in. So I'd like to know the following if anyone has this information:

1. How many do we know firmly to have been excluded nationwide?
2. How many more may be excluded on election day?
3. How many local, state, and federal seats is this likely to be decisive in?
4. Is this likely to be the decisive factor in determining control of the Senate?
5. Are there any states whose legislatures will fall - or fail to become Democratic - due to Jim Crow 2?
6. Governorships?
7. Is the Democratic Party prepared to call races where Jim Crow 2 is decisive fraudulent?
8. Is the Democratic Party prepared to call the loss of the Senate or statehouses fraudulent if due to Jim Crow 2?
9. Has the Democratic Party prepared effectual strategic and tactical mechanisms to resist the illegal political actions of such illegitimate office thieves, when The Five fascist revolutionaries on the Supreme Court inevitably find in favor of their accomplices?
10. Assuming the Democratic Party will do nothing, probably because Hillary Clinton (superb Republican that she is) will say not to, does anyone else have a plan?

Some people in this Party are committed beyond one day. I'm sorry if you find that inconvenient or threatening for some reason.

10. #10 of your list reminds me of what I am going to start doing Wednesday

after focusing on the election.

As much as I am a liberal and I know there are no liberal Democrats who have a legitimate shot at the WH other than Bernie (run Bernie Run), I am going to speak out against ANY and ALL anti Hillary posts or comments I see.

https://twitter.com/DidTheyLetUVote

This thread may be well intended as you probably are, but here is the thing, IF the terrorists (my pet name for a political party who says all they want to do for 8 yrs is destroy the American president and economy, if necessary) take the Senate and hold the House thru unconstitutional voter ID (stop arguing about what type of ID, ANY and ALL identification requirements are unconstitutional) if they take this power, ALL attention better god damn be on getting ANY Democrat in the WH, which is likely Hillary.

But that is just me, you all do what you want, I will do what I must.

11. Hillary hasn't been nominated, and this election obviously doesn't include the 2016 primaries.

Your position is premature.

Also, you pretty heavily sidestep the core questions I'm asking, and the implications thereof.

We know for a fact that Republicans have introduced a "rigging window" into the system in a number of states whereby their candidates can "win" via margins smaller than the number of voters illegally prevented from voting. And we know they've kept expanding those windows every single chance they get, through tactics both subtle and extreme.

"GOTV harder next time!" is not a rational response to that kind of Treason.

And I doubt I'm alone in wanting to know the answers.

I want to know The Plan, or if there even is one.

Anyone who doesn't have the answers is welcome to say so and express thoughts and reasoned conjectures, but I definitely have no interest in comments like some of the above - just divebombing in to say that The First Rule of Project Blind Resignation is You Do Not Ask Questions.

Yours is much more constructive than that though. I do appreciate it.

17. Republicans have vowed to use even a 51 majority in the Senate to repeal Obamacare.

If they obtain a majority purely due to vote suppression, such an action would be illegal legislation by an illegitimate Congress.

I want to know what plans are being made to resist that sort of thing beyond just the normal process of complaint and feeble "Well, let's use it against them in the next election" thinking.

so we have made an effort to:

include info about bringing an id to the polls in our literature, calls, and messages
inform voters without an id that they can still vote on a provisional ballot
identify and get ids for voters who needed them (the elderly, etc.)

We didn't wake up the day before the election and say, oh noes, voter suppressions!1!1

Nobody forces you to respond. You do so simply because you find my questions irritatingly pertinent, and so have to make up some excuse for why I'm unworthy of asking them.

You have no knowledge of what I do or don't do. All you know is that I ask questions you should be asking but aren't, and find that knowledge troubling.

Do you seriously not get that what you just said - that I "give chores and homework" - is a compliment? Who gives chores? Parents. Who gives homework? Teachers. And who complains about chores and homework like you just did? Children.

Interesting, isn't it? You see yourself as a child and me as the adult doing what adults should be doing.

Maybe you should deduce something from that about your own priorities, and stop focusing on how much you don't enjoy what I say.

Your OPs are often pedantic and tedious, and I'm not the first one to say something.

I also think you should cut down on nonsense prose, like "irritatingly pertinent." And I didn't say you were

YOU try doing it. That way, your attempts at seeming insightful and incisive might find their mark.

You can't deal with what I say, so you obsessively gnaw on how I say it.

I'm deeply wounded that you consider my writing style "pedantic and tedious." Here, let's try this: Ree-al-i-tee duz not cayr iff u r en-tur-taynd. Ur comments r friv-o-lus and in-con-se-kwen-shull. Gro up.

I ask questions because I want to know the answers. If you don't, I don't care. Nobody cares that you don't care. Just go away if you have no answers to the questions I asked, and nothing of value to add to the surrounding discussion.

Or maybe you need something to occupy your time? Here, I've got some "homework" for you: Read some electronics manuals and then send emails to the companies that published them criticizing their "wooden literary style." That sound like fun, sport?

27. Then the race is on to have the SOS certify the Republican (of course) before the case

can be brought before the judge or the legislature. If they can get their candidate certified as the winner (and of course this is all deeply thought out complicated legal rule making designed to make the State's decision difficult to challenge.)

That's what happened in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004. Time ran out for a challenge and by the time 18 months later statisticians learned that Gore had won the nation by half a million actual votes, and that Kerry actually won Ohio, the crook in this case W, has already been in office for months and no change can be considered, apparently. In certain states the rigging is generations old. It is lawyer proof. Remember how the Supreme Court stepped in to settle Bush v Gore?

They want us to know it's hopeless. They just don't went us to go around saying we live in a Soviet style dictatorship. So they lie a lot.

Frankly, we have nothing to respond to a stolen election except for oh well, vote better next time. Except it has nothing to do with us voting. It only has to do with who counts the votes.

If we can show convincingly that a result was illegitimate, then we have to act accordingly - not just go along with it because anything else would be too inconvenient.

If necessary, there have to be something akin to officeholders-in-exile - the winners of the election, acting as the legitimate officeholders with the loyalty of the constitutional party.

so I have no worries about the legitimacy of results here, or the consequences of any fuckery that might occur: The locals will be right-wing douchebags no matter how fair or how fucked things are done, and the State will be liberal. I still do what I can laterally, but the Scene of Action on this specific subject is elsewhere. Mostly I just need information to figure out what else I can do.
