Jewish Official in Berlin Resigns Amid Muslim Death Threats.

The student spokesman for the city of Offenbach’s school system, Max Moses Bonifer, resigned his post because German Arab and Turkish students attacked him and threatened to kill him.

The German daily FAZ reported on Wednesday that Bonifer said young Muslims have threatened him over the last few weeks because he wore a kippa with a Star of David and yelled at him: “We spit on your people. We’ll find you and kill you.”

Bonifer told the weekly German Jewish paper Jüdische Allgemeine that “since the Gaza conflict in the summer, youths of Arab and Turkish origin have regularly insulted me, spat at me and attacked me.”

difference between anti-semitism and anti-Zionism, can you come and explain what's happening here? This Jewish guy in Germany had to resign because of what happened in Israel. I'm sure some will come along and try and Gentile-splain the difference.

"'Religion is an insult to human dignity. With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion."[

"that takes religion..."

Or national borders. Or politics. or economics.

But we all have our sacred cows immune to his charge, I imagine...

The article makes it seem that the person in question, Max Moses Bonifer, is a government official. He is a high school student who is, as best as I can describe, the student body president or student representative at large for the city of Offenburg.

Ultimately, it is important to note that Bonifer is essentially an 18 year old in high school.

Perhaps I can clarify what I mean.

Human beings are violent, greedy, and fearful. Over and over again we see people being hateful and violent towards others. Nothing will bring out the hate in people like religion does. Not one particular one, but many of them, possibly even most of them. History has shown us this over and over.
