I heard 2 more states in this most recent election.
If we get 2/3rds of the state with these ballot initiatives, can it be overturned in congress. Or would that still have to be the congress voting to overturn it? Be easier to ratify and amendment if there are all of these passes initiatives but does it still come down to the corrupt republicans in congress to allow passage? Which of course they wouldn't.
