"On Focal Point today, host Bryan Fischer once again linked the supposed moral failings of Native Americans to the seizure of their land by European colonists."

That this "sickness" still infects the land is depressing. I am sad.

(20,869 posts)and the words they use ... so racist indeed.
I suppose the policies of the Federal government, those of extermination, relocation, assimilation and then now we have something called "self-determination" have nothing at all do with forced removals to lands that were unfamiliar to us native peoples. What would one expect to see of a people forced into such sickening policies and Federal laws? You are going to end up with many very poorly adjusted people by default. A reality and an identity forever crushed by these practices is what you now have. With few real "Indian' people left in this country (if we are talking blood-quantum which seems to be a big issue these days) much has been lost permanently.
This mixed blood Cherokee has roots from Tennessee to Arkansas to Oklahoma, and many relations pushed west to California out of desperation and fear which is loathsome at best. To condone these forced removals and outright theft of land is deplorable.
I suggest that you stay away from such sick and bigoted sites as this as ever *click* counts.
