The next legislation that funds the government, at the last minute of course. President Obama will have to decide if he wants to veto the entire legislation and shut down the government by doing so. That's how I think they will play it.

it will proceed after January and only the veto and native-American opposition will stop it. We're so hard up for some kind of victory against the RW we celebrate a hollow victory.
