President Obama: Make Mitch McConnell and John Boehner's life a living hell for the next 2 years

See, here is the deal, my friends.

"President" George W. Bush was an illiterate, arrogant, silver spoon excuse for a human being.

I don't pretend for a MOMENT that President Obama reads DU.

But here's what I DO believe.

In the Six Steps Of Kevin Bacon world we live in, I ABSOLUTELY believe that SOMEONE who "briefs" the President scans DU on a regular basis.

I am not 100% happy with everything President Obama has done (or has chosen not to do) in his two terms (so far).

But just as Eric Cartman savored the delicious taste of Scott Tenorman's tears, I am THRILLED with President Obama's "KISS MY ASS" attitude toward the "demands" of the arrogant and clueless McConnell and Boehner following the November 4th elections.

HE IS STILL PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, you TOBACCO-reeking, COCAINE-dealing motherfuckers.

KEEP disrupting.

KEEP telling the American people that your ONLY goal is to FUCK Obama as BADLY as you can.

And I will THANK you for a DEMOCRATIC PARTY President at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in 2016.

Stupid fucking CLOWNS. You can stop this shit right NOW or you can enjoy the bread YOU buttered.

Whatever happens in 2016 is going to happen.

I want to see President Obama gut-punch those assholes again, and again, and again.

I want to see their fatwas about getting burned with matches and I want to see him fuck them AGAIN.

I would pay attention to what the people want. If the Republicans are passing it and Obama obstructs it, we will lose in 2016.

...unless their last name ended in "KOCH."

Obviously, if it's the "will of the people" and Obama obstructs it, Democrats lose by default.

So the question becomes "WHY do you feel that the act of winning control of the Senate means ANYTHING other than the Republicans pushing the SAME agenda they had when they WEREN'T in control?"

On paper...without adding any specifics...there's a point here. But I don't buy this nonsense about "We're in control now, we're gonna roll up our sleeves and go to work for the 'murcan people and create jobs and help EVERYONE" nonsense the Republicans are spreading with a shovel.

Give me an example of a "winning strategy" for Republicans. Keystone Pipeline? Blocking immigration reform? Repeal of "Obamacare?" Pushing for a "National Sales Tax / Fair Tax?" Give me specifics of what you think they are going to do that's "winning."

Give me an example of what you think Obama will "obstruct."

Give me an example of something you think Obama will block that will also cause us to "lose in 2016."

Because otherwise, all I am seeing here is that Obama needs to give the Republicans benefit of doubt and they've had six years to do SOMETHING and I'm just not seeing what they have accomplished.

7. What the people want and need are a growing private sector economy

We need to encourage private companies to invest in this country and build plants here. That means we are going to have exploit the advantages we have and become more competitive in areas where we lag other countries. We need to address trade imbalances where we are being hurt by unfair competition.

We have an enormous advantage in energy costs here. In Japan, natural gas costs $15 -$18 per MMBTU. In Europe, it typically costs around $12. Costs here have been in the $3 - $4 range because we have enormous shale deposits and the technology to exploit those assets. We need to leverage that advantage in energy costs as much as we can. Our tax code needs to be changed to make investment here attractive - accelerated depreciation on new plant, tax deals for new investment need to be on the table. We need to streamline the regulatory process to make it more business friendly. I don't have the expertise in trade to make informed suggestions, but my gut tells me that we're getting screwed left and right by China.

What we should not be doing is growing the public sector and paying for it by raising taxes. That will shrink the tax base even further as more capital flees the country and will make things worse.

I have no idea what Obama will obstruct. Hopefully, none of the above.

And HOW do you think Obama is going to block them along the way, thereby costing us the 2016 election?

WHY do we believe the Republicans are going to attempt ANYTHING that is going to make a difference in the lives of working families in America?

Because the feeling I am getting here is that you callled me out on my original post, telling me that if Obama fucks with the Republicans, we will get fucked in return.

And what I will say again, in case it was not understood the first time, is that if the only thing Boehner, McConnell and company want to do in the next two years is kiss the teabaggers' collective asses, Obama SHOULD fuck them over and over and over, until he leaves office.

You have no idea what Obama will obstruct, but you're concerned about our losing the election as the result of him obstructing. You express hope that he won't obstruct anything on your laundry list, but you STILL haven't answered my question...HOW MANY of the things on that list do you actually BELIEVE are on the Republican agenda?

I thought you advocating that Obama just obstruct anything and everything that comes out of Congress for the next two years.

There is no reason for Boehner and McConnell to obstruct going forward. The gridlock we've had has been caused by Senate Republicans filibustering the issues that Reid wanted to vote on and Reid not allowing a vote on legislation that had passed the House. If there is a takeaway from the last election, it's that the voters are sick of that. Fair or unfair, it also seems clear that voters blamed the Democrats for that just based on how badly we lost.

The Republicans would be fools if they don't push an agenda forward and for Democrats, the reality is that we'll be on defense for the next two years. I think it's important we listen to voters and attempt to work with the Republicans to accomplish what voters want and need. The risk is that we get blamed again for gridlock in 2016 - that would make it likely that the Republicans would win the presidency and perhaps more seats in Congress

He's my president and I will stand with him and behind him. And the more people bitch (on EITHER side of the aisle - and SHAME ON THOSE WHO DO IT ON OUR SIDE OF THE AISLE), the stronger my resolve.
