The House of Representatives has filed suit against the President - this is not a joke

even though I'm laughing too hard to find a link at the moment.
It is breaking on MSNBC
It is a suit about Obamacare supposedly - not about immigration reform

However, that was not the House of Reps, so the court treated them as ordinary citizens, which meant they had no standing to sue.

The Constitution does require a vote of Congress for war, but suing the President over Obamacare, which Congress passed, is ridiculous.

ETA: Okay, a link does help. (Imagine that!) Turns out they are suing him over allegedly unilateral action.

They think their 3rd try at finding a law firm stupid enough to bother, will be the charm.

%fill in meaningless narrative here%

It plays to their base, which appears to be extremely effective. After all, they showed up for the mid-terms and we didn't. Maybe the DNCC could take notes.
