You might want to be more careful in the future. Granted, as there was no collective hatred, distrust, fear, or belief in superiority involved, it was not what you may have feared, i.e. racist.
Regardless, these things happen, and the fact that you decided to try to set things straight, just in case, does truly give me a good feeling about your character.
