11. What happened was Kenan Thompson was dressed as the bill that is ready to

become a law. He keeps coming up to Obama in the skit, who keeps pushing him back down the Capitol stairs.
The obvious rightwing lie is that a bill was ever presented to Obama, and that he doesn't want a bill.
