The Brown family has been told that the Grand Jury has reached a decision.(Confirmed)

An announcement to say a verdict has been reached will be made at 4pm. The verdict will be announced later. (Unconfirmed) This may change.

This is from ongoing tweets from reliable sources. I am sure the family has been notified.
The announcement part sounds like a hot mess. Why should it be any different than this whole ordeal and process I guess?

people who have been in Ferguson from the start. They have proven to be reliable. The Brown's lawyer has confirmed that the family has been notified.

The word is that there will be 2 press conferences. One at 4 to announce that a decision has been reached. Another at 8(?) to announce the decision.

There is no verdict. There is an indictment (true bill) or no indictment (no true bill).

And, has the family actually be told OF the decision or only THAT a decision has been reached?

the family were only told that a decision had been reached (or the Prosecutor confirmed it with the family after they heard it on the news).

CBS is claiming a presser at 5PM EST to announce the decision will be announced at 8PM EST. This is what I've seen on Twitter.

They were told a decision has been reached but not what the decision is from the language used.

The Governor is involved so there are a lot of people in this process.

every aspect of this tragedy from the beginning IMO. They have ratcheted up the noise and nerves from the start. None of them has a clue about crisis management or about handling difficult situations.
