He is speaking as though he knows the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Usually a grand jury is just an assembly line and are railroaded by the prosecutor.

There's nowhere close to the amount of evidence in the Zimmerman case. The threshold for an indictment is much lower and it didn't even get that.

having four hours to think about his story while that boy lay in the street...Wilson had the advantage wouldn't you agree. You know this DA has never indicted a police type for killing it's citizens.

He implied the witnesses were confused or liars. I'm betting those witnesses were black.

They said one thing, and then admitted, when put under oath, that they lied. Others directly contradicted the physical evidence.

"No indictment" and walk off. He had to explain some of it or the process would look opaque.

the evidence should have been presented at an open trial, complete with "competing" forensic scientists, etc.

was in one of the 12 NCIS shows or how ever many there are. This news makes me sad.

I refuse to watch that garbage - "how to get away with murder" is their latest is CBS murder in America series.

It's what I expected, but I don't trust the justice system. I don't imagine many people listening to him trust him to be telling the truth either.

For all the time he took to explain how the witnesses were lying, and the physical evidence, he still did not explain the point where the cop took his gun out.

What was Brown doing that deserved his execution?
