Christ, what a surreal fucking scene

When have or will you ever again see the President speaking on one screen pleading for calm while police are firing tear gas at protestors on the other screen.

I am let assuming how many would-be voters have felony or felonies on their arrest record and cannot vote.

Where my son would be given a warning for that jay that falls out of his pocket, during a traffic stop, an African Amerian kid is going to do hard time. And not just in Ferguson - even in Washington DC, before cannabis was recently de-criminalized, a young AA man could spend 47 days in jail for a single joint!

Then the person who was arrested has a record and can't find work, and then things spiral out of control.

He should have kept it short and sweet - pleading for no violence and left the rest of his statement for another day.

He looked out of touch. It was sad.
