They have to open it up to everyone.
So did you get a copy of all of the evidence and records last night? How did you manage that?
Funny - they said the same thing about Byron de la Beckwith - didn't they? And look how THAT turned out.

(45,251 posts)was his objective, though. So, you can scour the documents until the cows come home and that will not tell you what the prosecutor failed to do. Even Morning Joe is criticizing the prosecutor today. Not some at DU, though.

would be very proud to have this system defend your loved ones.
Now we need to get down to the serious, and real racial issues we have in areas like this in America.

(45,251 posts)has said that releasing the info does not equal transparency because you can't tell things like emphasis, etc.
The only conclusion to which I jumped as soon as I heard this was that Wilson would get off; and it was highly advisable to jump to that conclusion. It's what almost always happens and it happened in this instance. Anyone who does not find that the least bit fishy needs help. A lot of help.
