1. here's a fact, that cop gunned down an unarmed civilian
Tue Nov 25, 2014, 05:01 PM
Nov 2014

when that cop could have drove away and diffused the whole thing til backup got there
Cops have to make split second life and death decisions
this did not happen here

geez get a load of this shit it's craptastic
Cops are damned if they do and damned if they don't. Cops are heroes whenever we need them. As soon as you need help, you call a cop, and damn if you're not grateful as hell when they show up and save you. But then we have situations like this, when cops are the bad guys, because you didn't need that particular cop at that particular time.

7. if cops have to make split second life and death decisions so often, they shouldn't carry guns
Tue Nov 25, 2014, 05:09 PM
Nov 2014

if the argument is, cut them a break because they make a lot of quick, tough decisions, and hey, they're just gonna get some of them wrong, ...

... well, then, they need to not be carrying around guns so that those wrong decisions don't result in wrongful deaths.

if we're gonna give them guns, they need to get it right.

period.

2. So where are the fingerprints, hand smudges, whatever on the officer's gun?

Only DNA from the shot???

Hmmmmmm

12 people playing CSI while the prosecutors twiddle their thumbs, or act like a defense attorney for the officer does not the truth make either.

3. still having trouble understanding why he ever got out of the car.
Tue Nov 25, 2014, 05:06 PM
Nov 2014

let's say it's true that brown attacked wilson while wilson was in the car.
let's say that wilson had no choice but to shoot from inside the car.

brown is still alive and up and about and has demonstrated he's willing to attack a cop, and is big and strong and violent and effective enough so that wilson feels he has no choice but to use potentially lethal force.

the cop then decides to leave the relative safety of his car, to put himself in an even more dangerous position, so he has to shoot even more, this time enough to actually kill brown?

i do not understand why he didn't call it in and wait for backup, at least at that point.

4. Well, maybe learn a little before spouting out stupid stuff

The prosecutor did not do his job. He acted as a defense attorney, not a prosecutor.
His job is not to just let the "facts" sit there. Oh never mind, you aren't listening.

5. Well here's the first indication you are wrong.

The grand jury did not have access to ALL the facts, they only had access to what the prosecutor wanted them to have access to.

But go ahead and tell yourself what ever it is you need to get yourself through. Your argument won't fool many here.

6. You are either naive or disingenuous.

The grand jurors heard the "facts" as presented by the prosecutor. The FACTS themselves warrant and indictment and trial.

Pathetic pussy punkasses like this piece of dung who was actually allowed to be a *cop* couldn't possibly lie thru his teeth (because of training that actually TAUGHT him to lie) to paint a sick narrative about how HE was a *victim*.

My Father, (an LEO) would've spanked his sorry little jug-eared ass and told him to come back WHEN he grew UP!

9. you need to face the fact that no one is buying your bs

i love it how these "face the facts" folks like to cherrypick their "facts," then post in authoritarian tones about the rest of us emotional idiots.

10. That's ridiculous
Tue Nov 25, 2014, 05:14 PM

And it's nothing more than trying to guilt people into thinking that justice was done even though they don't like the outcome. Do you believe WILSON's testimony? Do you think he could have lied under oath to a grand jury? I sure as hell Think he did. But that's not the only evidence the grand jury consider.

What you say is nothing more than the usual guilting BS cop defenders use. In general, you can't believe a word that comes out of a cop's mouth. And those aren't my words. I've had friends who are cops tell me that for my own protection.

11. You're right that you're not going to get a clear picture.

One never thinks that someone is going to go out and just kill.
Things like that sometimes happen, depending on the situation. Thing is, he had the gun, he shot 12 times, and the crimes committed by Mr. Brown does not warrant a death sentence.

Stating that, if it was me looking at Mr. Wilson's injuries, it looks like the damage from slapping oneself for a good minute.
Of course, I am not willing to put that on record, I am just saying how it looks like.

12. Did Mike Brown punch Wilson in the face?
Tue Nov 25, 2014, 05:15 PM
Nov 2014

The way you framed your post indicates you believe that he did, so please explain how Brown punched Wilson on the right cheek while Wilson was sitting in the driver's side position of his vehicle? Oh yeah, you (and all the rest of us) were not there so I guess we'll just have to take Wilson and the DA's word for it.
